Hello and welcome to my personal homepage!  Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Disease Dynamics, Economics & Policy (CDDEP). I was formerly affiliated with the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) and Center for Data Science in Emergency Medicine (CDEM) at Johns Hopkins University.  The thematic focus of my research is the utilization of complex systems modeling and data science methodologies to solve large-scale issues in health and society. As a result, my work is highly interdisciplinary and has spanned several fields which includes, but not limited to
  • infectious disease epidemiology,
  • antimicrobial resistance,
  • hospital infection control,
  • clinical decision support,
  • health disparities,
  • population and mobility dynamics,
  • community resilience,
  • collaboration structures,
  • science-of-science,
  • global development,
  • food systems,
  • and environmental sustainability.
In addition to public outreach, this site is where I post information about  my current research. Please do not hesitate to email me if you have any questions, comments, or ideas for collaboration!
